✨BRIDAL POLICY✨

Bookings for bridal makeovers have to be done at least 6-7 weeks prior to the event(Emergency booking depends upon the availability of the makeup artist).

Bookings can be done only online through bkash/ Bank Transfer/. booking money is 3,000-5,000 depends on package.
Booking money is non refundable and non adjustable with any other packages.

We are open from 8am to 6:30pm There will be an extra fee if the client wishues to be ready from 7/7:30 am, For per 30 minutes we will charge 5,000 bdt and The charge is applicable for each individual client

Brides can bring only one guests with her and they are not allowed to their own makeup at our studio

They are suggested to bring one luggage to keep everything organized. Kindly bring all the necessary things for a stress-free get ready session.

Bridal makeover takes around 3-5 hours in total and party makeup takes about 2-4 hours in total.

Brides can choose her preferred slot time and she can reschedule her time only once. but if there’s an national or international issues bride can reschedule her appointments multiple times

We do not use any replica products for any of the makeovers. All our products are imported and from renowned brands to ensure the perfect natural finish. We do not provide party makeup to brides under any circumstances. If you book for a party makeup being a bride without letting us know, we will cancel the appointment immediately without any refund

We do provide flowers only for Royal bridal package, we do not provide any decorative accessories for hairstyling Posting photos of our respected clients depends solely on our social media team

and we are not compelled to do it.

if you leave any belongings at the premises it needs to be collected within a week, otherwise studio authorities will hold no responsibility for it.

Splendour by Ishara Jahan has the rights to change the aforementioned policies at any given time.

✨Guidelines for our brides✨

Dear brides,
Here are some tips of pre program preparations to enhance your big day a little more ✨

Skin is really very very important for your makeup output. If your skin is healthy, smooth then your finishing will be smooth and flawless. So try to follow some steps which are mentioned in the below-
•If your skin has some issues then try to consult with a dermatologist
then according to your doctor take proper care of your skin at least. minimum 3 months before your program.
•Don’t step into any kind of facial by seeing any advertisements. Try to
follow a basic skin care routine rather than any harsh or harmful facial.

•Please try to remove your facial hair before your big day. Facial hair makes makeup more ashy, powdery, and cakey. Sometimes because of facial hair the bride cannot get the perfect base.

So try to remove your facial hair at least 2 days before the program.

✨Now here are some of the tips so that you can maintain your makeup properly.
As we all know makeup is not plastic. You may have waterproof base but you need to maintain some basic things while carrying the makeup.

1. Don’t touch your face after doing your makeup, try to carry a mini fan, whenever you sweat, try to dry it using a mini fan but don’t use any tissue to clean it.
2. if your eyes feel watery try to clean it with tissue from the outer corner not from the inner corner.
3. Try to avoid big bites while eating something, and use straw while drinking something.
4. At the end we will provide a mini touch up kit, we will tell you

how to use it in person, so don’t worry.

5. Last but not the least try to carry some mints, perfume and sanitary napkins for emergency cases.
